Location: Main Menu → Conversation History
View and monitor two-way SMS conversations between consumers and suppliers. Displays both Mobile Originated (MO) and Mobile Terminated (MT) messages in a threaded format.
1. Conversation Logs
· Shows all inbound and outbound SMS exchanges.
· Messages are grouped by conversation thread (sender/receiver pair).
· Includes timestamps, direction (MO/MT), and message content.
2. Search & Filter
· Search bar to find conversations by:
· Phone number
· Message content
· Date range
· Consumer/Supplier channel
3. Features
· Real-time updates as new messages arrive.
· View full conversation history for any number.
· Monitor customer interactions and support queries.
